Our Services Cleanova Solutions, LLC provides cleaning and home support services, including Pristine Reset deep cleaning, Serenity Refresh one-time cleaning, Serenity Maintenance recurring cleaning, Transition Reset move-in and move-out cleaning, short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers, commercial cleaning services, organization services, laundry services, and add-on services in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding cities. Service availability may depend on location, scheduling, weather, property conditions, staffing, materials, and other factors. Estimates and Quotes Estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Final pricing may change if the requested work changes, if site conditions differ from what was described or observed, if additional materials or labor are needed, or if you approve additional services. Unless stated otherwise, estimates are valid for 30 days. Scheduling and Access Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, prior appointments, emergencies, availability of materials, or other circumstances outside our control. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location, including access to gates, utilities, work areas, pets, parking, and any information needed to complete the service. Customer Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate contact, billing, service, and property information. Tell us about known hazards, special instructions, access limitations, fragile items, pets, or conditions that may affect the work. Obtain any approvals, permissions, permits, or association approvals required for the requested work, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Make timely payment for approved services, fees, taxes, materials, and other agreed charges. Payments Payment is due according to the invoice, estimate, proposal, service agreement, or other written terms provided to you. We may require deposits, upfront payment, saved payment methods, or payment upon completion. Late balances may result in paused service, collection activity, late fees, interest, or other remedies allowed by law. Returned payments may be subject to a returned payment fee. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at 817-537-3800 or [email protected]. Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount, with a minimum fee of $50. Cleanova Solutions, LLC reserves the right to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We may reschedule or cancel service due to weather, unsafe conditions, access issues, emergencies, staffing, equipment issues, or other operational needs. Refunds Refunds, credits, or re-service requests are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement. Any service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we can review the issue.
